These bowls are good sized, and I use them for holding water. Unfortunately, one of my dogs likes to flip it over with his nose and carry it out into the yard. So, if you want an “unflippable” bowl, this is not the one for you. If your dogs are better behaved than mine, I’d recommend the bowl. I did notice that a tiny rust spot has formed on the bottom of both of my bowls (i bought two), but it doesn’t seem to be getting any worse.

If your dog is a vigorous eater and pushes the bowl all over the place, then this is the bowl for them. They are virtually “no slide” bowls on floors or carpeting. I wish I knew about them before I bought tons of other bowls.

These bowls are the perfect size for free feeding my cats kibble and for their water. The Durapet bowls are easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. They are unbreakable, stay put on solid-surfaces, and have no smell whatsoever. My cats enjoy looking at their refection in the water bowl, and these bowls do not give them chin acne.

These bowls are the perfect size for feeding my cats single-can servings of Innova. (For free feeding kibble and leaving out water, I use the 20 oz. size.) The Durapet bowls are easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. They are unbreakable, stay put on solid-surfaces, and have no smell whatsoever. Why would anyone (as Yang reported) remove the plastic non-skid layer, anyway? My cats enjoy looking at their refection in the water bowl, and these bowls do not give them chin acne.

This is a very well made dog bowl that does a good job of not wondering around while our dogs are eating (nonslip bottom). We bought one of these and then bought another just like it when we got a second dog because we like it so much. We have had these bowls for a few years and they still look brand new. Holds about three cups of dried food.
